Investment Training Courses (Online Modules/Recorded Content)
For pre-recorded online courses or digital materials:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 25% of the course material has been accessed or downloaded.
- Non-Refundable Conditions: No refunds will be issued if a significant portion of the course has been accessed or if the request is made after the 14-day period.

- If you cancel within 7 days of the start date, or fail to attend, no refund will typically be issued, as resources and scheduling have been allocated. However, we may offer credit towards a future session at our discretion.
- Cancellation by NewNagaOffers: If we need to cancel a scheduled session, you will be offered a choice between a full refund or rescheduling for a future date.
Personalized Consulting Services
For one-on-one consulting sessions:
- Pre-Paid Sessions: Consulting fees are typically charged based on time booked. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
- Refunds for Unused Time: Refunds for pre-paid consulting packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused sessions, potentially subject to an administrative fee.
- Satisfaction: While we strive for client satisfaction, refunds are generally not provided for consulting services already rendered, as payment is for the time, expertise, and advice provided during the session.
